Acquisition Criteria

Over the course of the past 3 years, Place Acquisition Group has underwritten more than 200 assets, comprising more than $5 billion in property value. As a result, our underwriting process is highly efficient and effective. In order to complete a preliminary valuation, the following information is required:

  • Brief property description
  • Property pictures, site map, location map
  • Trailing 12 month detailed income statement
  • Current rent roll (pre-leasing rent roll as well, depending on time of the year)
  • Most recent property tax statement/notice of assessment
